Katharina is a natural healer and quantum practitioner. She is an expert for the emotional + subtle body and specialising in multidimensional healing, especially when its comes to (autoimmune) dis-ease. It is from a deep well of resources that Katharina has created her own process — using her intuitive abilities and extensive knowledge in metaphysical + energy healing, neuroscience, esoteric arts + rituals, as well as ancient spiritual wisdom. It is connecting the higher with the lower, the outer with the inner world; the spiritual, emotional + psychological planes and dimensions of your experience. Her pioneer healing technique is working with the DNA and activating the dormant strands from higher dimensional frequencies - sounds complicated + complex, but it’s very simple + subtle. The transformational work is designed to activate people on a soul level and awaken them to ancient recognition of themselves and nature of reality.

My Story

I’ve always felt connected to nature spirits and higher dimensions as a child. Simply my life circumstance or call it conditioning in my teenage years disconnected me to this sense of living fully for a period of time and it made my body, my psyche deteriorate — I was depressed, silent and searching for my Soul. 

have more than ten years of experience working in the field of energy healing. (Not counting my years when I worked in fashion design, creative consulting + art direction, which are also sensitive and empathic gifts in another way :) where I was looking to find my inspiration.) 

At the beginning of this shift in my life it was important for me to establish a solid foundation + gain widespread knowledge to understand for myself, where this experience wants to guide me. I realised by passion lies most of all in freeing + healing our hearts and minds - to reconnect to the Soul. My personal healing journey brought me to the parts where I was disconnected. Healing my womb, my female lineage and mother wound are just some of the key layers. It guided me directly to the hidden, suppressed un-/subconscious aspects, images + stories which needed healing + connection. Overall it showed me how this was all connected to the autoimmune disease MS after I lost most of my eyesight in my right eye within just three days, which triggered my Life Change.

I fell in love with this mystical, spiritual + metaphysical process! It touched my Soul more than any therapy I had experienced. It lit my soul + filled my heart. It showed me that the un-/subconscious and hidden worlds are our teachers, our healers — and feeling them is a key. Opening all my senses again I reconnected to the higher dimensions of our lives + realms of spirit; Mother Ayahuasca, in its spirit, was one of my guides. Although I have never taken it, (I wanted to then, it just never aligned so far, maybe it never will) she still is one of my biggest teachers, is ever present + taught me so much about multidimensional healing + integration. From here I started my practice, and it’s evolving still — putting out a product or service, I believe always is. Like I believe the process of natural healing + alchemy is returning back to Love & Life.

  • The experience of energy healing can be enlightening, empowering and transformational. It acts as a divine tool to open your heart, raise your consciousness and connect you to your true self. I believe energy healing is a powerful catalyst for growth and awakening and it is here to help raise the consciousness of humanity at this important time.

    Everything is made of energy and has its own unique vibration, including you. Everything is in a constant state of receiving and radiating energy. The frequency of this energy falls on a spectrum from light to dark. Light energy is infinite, effortless, and rooted in love, while dark, or shadow energy is dense and rooted in fear. As an electromagnetic being, you attract experiences and relationships that match your frequency.

    How do you know what frequency you are vibrating at? You may sense this energy by seeing colors or hearing sounds—or you may just know it. If you pause before you think, speak, or act, you can usually sense if you’re spurred by doubt, insecurity, control, or the need to be perfect; or if you’re coming from a place of truth, creativity, and love.

    Shadow frequencies block our evolution into the light, but they’re also our doorway to it. Every time we face a difficult challenge, conflict, or decision, we are in the presence of a dense vibrational energy. In these moments, we have a choice about how we want to respond. We can go toward the light by attempting to learn from the challenge, transmuting that dense energy into higher vibration energy. Or, we can remain entrapped by our pain and continue to draw in experiences that aim to ignite our motivation to grow and change.

    The goal of energy work—indeed of any spiritual work—is both to align you with the wisdom of your individual Soul and to connect you with the Divine, God or the Supreme being depending on how you refer to the Source Energy present around and within us.

  • In my personal journey I struggled with very current issues of our time. In my case depression, tendency to eating disorders + alcohol abuse. I faced the deterioration of my body when I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 21. But it was not until loosing eyesight in my right eye that I was shaken out of my state of numbness. I committed to a long path in Holistic Healing after extensive treatments in western medicine felt misaligned (and they said they were at the end of their treatments + possibilities.) *medical disclaimer

    In the end, it was not long until I realised that I had been suppressing my natural senses and the gifts I had been born with. This is how disconnected and distorted I was from my true self. I had been in denial + rejection of Me for most of my life and had lost the ability to connect to my intuition. I lived in a perpetual state of gaslighting. So worse, I had lost trust in myself and my connection to the world, which was not feasible anymore from this point on. Learning to unconditionally trust, feel and love myself again was the Key.

    It did not take long for me to be sensing and fully embracing my intuitive childlike nature, and the mere fact that I was born an extrasensory sensitive child — We all are in our own way! Love k

  • In my healing journey I discovered at the very early stages that I went though a Near Death Experience at my birth — which literally no-one realised had happened, or hence been treated or acknowledged, including myself until this point. Once I was guided into the emotions of this experience, I could integrate my death and what I had unconsciously carried in my soul, the emotional ‘trauma’ that came with this unresolved pain — of being disconnected from the higher love + light; of creation, love, god itself. Becoming aware of and through this deep recollection, literally embracing Life + Death, amplified everything and gave me a whole new understanding of my life’s purpose.
